  • Demande de certaines pièces justificatives au client, une fois le paiement effectué, en cas d’alerte automatique lors de la commande.
  • Blocage d’un compte ou une commande si le compte client identifié a déjà été utilisé pour commettre une fraude

La société CEPAGES SAS s’engage à ne pas céder à des tiers les données concernant ses clients à des fins commerciales.

Seul CEPAGES SAS et les sociétés partenaires liées contractuellement pour le traitement des commandes pourront accéder aux informations communiquées par l’utilisateur. Les seules personnes habilitées à accéder aux données personnelles de l’utilisateur sont: le service commercial, les services administratifs, l’informatique, le SAV et les services chargés du contrôle (commissaire aux comptes, services chargés des procédures internes de contrôle, etc …), dans la limite de leurs attributions respectives.
